Adding New Content Basics
Navigate: Content > + icon
Click on the + icon in the top right corner above the table on the Content page. This will open the initial page to add a course/link/learning path.
Fill out the following details to create the new content, and before filling out the more specific information.

A unique link for the course will be created after the new content is created. You can preview your content while creating it by clicking the link in the top right corner of the page that will take you to the content in the User Portal.
Name
Type the title of your content (including a learning path) in this box. Preferred length of the title is less than 200 characters, including spaces. This field is mandatory.
Type
Choose which kind of content you would like to create: a single content, a learning path with multiple modules linked together, or an event. This field is mandatory.
Short Description
Here you can add a summary of the content, so that users can get the general idea of the course or event. We recommend a short paragraph, less than 55 words, in an easy-to-read tone that outlines the purpose of the course and why it is important to complete. This description will show up on top of the content image on hover.
Content Owner Email
Enter the e-mail of the person who is responsible or the main contact for the content. This field is mandatory. If no e-mail is given, the admin who creates the content will be the default content owner.
Categories
In this field you can define which category, or categories, the content belongs to. Categories affect where the content shows in the User Portal. A user can use categories in the search options to search for content in the User Portal. This field is mandatory, you must select at least one category. To create a new category or subcategory, learn more in the Categories section.
After filling in the above details, click Create which will open the full content information view, which will allow you to define more specific details for the content in different information tabs, which are described in the Content Details and Information Tabs section.
