Profile Settings

Profile Overview

The Profile Icon is in the top right corner of the screen, on the top bar.

Click the Profile icon to view account information. The profile page contains different information depending on the log-in method.

The Profile page contains two sections, Profile and Two Factor Authentication.

Change Password

In the Profile section, the registered e-mail address is shown, and the password can be changed. To change the password, enter the current password and the new password twice in the respective fields. Click Confirm.

Two-factor authentication​

In the Two Factor Authentication section different authentication methods can be activated or deactivated. Options include One Time Passwords, SMS, and E-mail authentication methods.
At least one of the Two Factor Authentication methods should be activated at all times for security.

Any of the Two Factor Authentication methods can be deactivated by clicking on the Profile icon and clicking the Deactivate button on the right of each different method and then entering the current password to confirm the deactivation.

One Time Passwords

One Time Passwords are single use codes sent from an app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or FreeOTP, that must be entered after logging in to the system. When activated, enter the current password and then connect the authentication app you want to use.

SMS

SMS authentication involves single use codes being sent to a phone that must be entered after logging in to the LMS. When activated, enter the current password and the phone number that the code should be sent to.

Email

Email authentication involves single use codes being sent to the e-mail that must be entered after logging in to the system. When activated, enter the current password and the e-mail that the codes should be sent to.
