Visitor admin pages give authorized users visibility into visitor activity, certificates, scan history, locations, statistics, and visitor administrator assignments.

  • Visits – planned and historical visits, certificates, and exports.
  • Registrations – registered visitors and registration data.
  • Scans – certificate scan history and validation results.
  • Statistics – visitor statistics by location, division, or other dimensions.
  • Locations – visitor locations and location-specific settings.
  • Visitor Administrators – users who administer visitor areas or locations.

Purpose​

Visitor admin pages support operational oversight of visitor flows. The exact menu items depend on permissions and whether visitor management is enabled for the LMS instance.

Main Capabilities​

Visitor administrators can review visits, registrations, certificate validity, scan results, and location setup. Some users can also download visit data or assign visitor administration permissions.
