Registrations

The Registrations page focuses on visitor registration records rather than visit scheduling.

In this section​

Purpose​

Registrations help administrators review who has registered through the visitor flow and what visitor type or identity information was provided.

Information Shown​

The table can show Visitor name, Visitor company, Personal code, Visitor type, Registered, Certificate valid until, and Unit location.

Actions include Edit, Download certificate, and Download. The download exports registration data to XLSX and uses the same GDPR reminder as the Visits page.

  • Visits – visit-focused visitor data.
  • Statistics – aggregate visitor activity.
