Visitor administrators are users who have permissions to administer visitor data for selected divisions or locations.

Purpose

This page supports reviewing and assigning visitor administration responsibilities.

Permission Scope

Visitor administrator access can be scoped by division or location. The available options depend on the current administrator's own permissions.

Fields And Actions

The table shows Name, Email, and Administrator of. Administrator of lists the divisions or locations the user can administer.

The add administrator form contains First name, Last name, Email, and Permissions.

  • Locations – locations that can be administered.
  • Visits – visit records available within scope.
