Common Formatting Tools

Bold Text

Heading Style H2

Use H2 for secondary headings inside message content.

Numbered List

Use numbered lists when the order of items matters.

Use bulleted lists when the order of items does not matter.

Use link formatting when selected text should open another page or resource.

Add Button To Text

Use button formatting when a link should be visually emphasized as a call to action.

Normal

Use Normal for standard body text in content descriptions.

Undo Text Changes

Use Undo text changes to remove formatting from selected text.
