The table can include:

  • Manager – the manager relation, shown when the view contains more than one manager context.
  • Company – the company value, shown in environments where it is needed for separating team members.
  • Name – the team member name and link to the team member detail view.
  • Configured manager fields – additional user fields configured for manager visibility.
  • Roles – user roles, when role display is enabled for the manager view.
  • Waiting for approval – items waiting for manager approval.
  • Expiring – upcoming completion expirations.
  • Mandatory – completed and not-completed mandatory assignments.
  • Recommended – completed and not-completed recommended assignments.
  • Optional – completed optional assignments.
  • Target – annual training target progress when training targets are used.
  • Last activity – latest recorded learner activity.

The Remind the incomplete action can be available when there are incomplete users. It opens a prepared reminder email for users who have not completed the relevant mandatory training.

Team member's detailed information

The team member detail view shows one direct report's dashboard and tabs.

The dashboard can include:

  • Expiring completions – the user's completions expiring within the next 60 days.
  • Annual training target – yearly target progress when training targets are used.
  • Completed trainings – completed trainings when annual training targets are not shown.
  • Mandatory, but not completed – mandatory trainings not completed by the user.
  • Needing attention – the user's items requiring manager attention.

The detail view contains:

  • Learning activity – the user's training activity. If the user has items needing attention, a separate needing-attention table is shown above the full activity table.
  • User information – the user's details, roles, and annual training target controls when available.

The full learning activity table follows the same structure as user profile training activity.

Annual training target

The annual training target area shows the user's progress against the yearly training target.

When editable, managers can override the target for the selected user. If no personal target is set, the LMS default target is used.

Course detailed information

Managers can filter My Direct Reports by one content item to review team progress for that content.

The content selection groups content by assignment type: Mandatory, Recommended, Optional, and Optional or not assigned.

For the selected content, the dashboard can show Time spent, Team completion, Red flags, and a completion-status chart with Completed, Incomplete, and Not started. The numbers apply only to the selected content.

The course view contains:

  • Learning activity – team member results for the selected content.
  • Course information – content information such as description, objectives, target group, duration, contact, and owner.

The Learning activity table can include:

  • Manager – the manager relation, when shown.
  • Company – the company value, when shown.
  • Name – the team member name.
  • Status – completion, enrollment, waiting-list, in-progress, or not-started status.
  • Assignment – mandatory, recommended, optional, or not assigned.
  • Completed – completion date.
  • Expires – completion expiration date.

Expanding a team member row shows the selected content details for that user, including sessions, enrollments, modules, and approval actions when relevant.
