Content Pages

A content page can show the name, description, image, status, available materials, learner activity, comments, rating, modules, learning path navigation, events, and actions to start, continue, restart, review, give feedback, download a certificate, or add the item to favourites.

Status information can include mandatory or recommended assignment, due date, completion, approval messages, and whether the learner is only previewing the page.

The exact fields depend on the content type and configuration.

Content Types

Portal content can include single content,

, learning paths, equivalent contents, base and renewal training, checklists, SCORM, cmi5, H5P, videos, PDFs, links, and downloads.

Comments And Ratings

Comments and ratings show learner feedback on content pages.

Events

Event content can show available event dates, locations, enrollment status, waiting list status, and event-specific details. Some events can require a pre-quiz before enrollment.

The general waiting list lets learners indicate interest when no suitable event date is available.

Event lists on a content page can include location and date filters, plus a Show past events action when past events are available.

Events Page

The Events or Course calendar page can group events by status, including Open for registration, Full, Registration closed, In progress, Completed, and Cancelled.

The page can include filters for Name, Type, and Status, a Show past events action, and calendar subscription actions such as Add to Outlook, Add to Google Calendar, and Get iCal link.

Approvals And Restrictions

Some content can require manager pre-approval before starting or manager approval after completion. Access can also depend on assignment, visibility, event availability, previous modules, or completion state.
