Profile
The profile area can include personal information, language selection, password settings, external completions, authenticated devices, profile picture management, and mobile-related options.
The visible options are based on authentication method and portal context.
Learning Activity
Learning Activity shows the learner's training history and status overview. It helps learners find completed, incomplete, expiring, and attention-needed training from one place.
Notifications
Notifications show alerts relevant to the learner, such as assigned training, reminders, approval status, or other LMS messages.
Support And Privacy
Support can open an external support URL or an internal support page. Privacy information can also be linked from the portal menu.
