My Page is the learner landing page. It gives learners a consolidated view of their relevant training and progress.

The landing page label can vary by customer, for example My Page, My Trainings, or Home page.

In this section​

  • Purpose – what the landing page is for.

  • Your courses – the dashboard summary and view options.
  • Actions – actions that may be available from the page.

Purpose​

The page helps learners see what needs attention, continue learning, and find relevant content without starting from the catalog.

Sections​

The visible sections can include:

  • needing attention;
  • in progress;
  • recommended;
  • popular;
  • expiring;
  • completed;
  • waiting for approval;
  • checklists;
  • active event enrollments;
  • waiting list entries;
  • favourites.

The exact set depends on assignments and user state.

Your Courses​

The Your courses summary can show Attention!, Expiring, and Completed counts. The page can also offer Column view, Table view, and page-level search for the learning blocks.

Actions​

Learners can use External completion to upload an outside completion and Completion report to download their completion report.
