Host and Group Visits
Hosts can be part of visitor registration and group visit handling. Group visits have special handling because training can be delivered on site.

Host Role
Some visitor types require a host. The host can be selected by name or email, depending on the configured flow.
Group Visits
For group visits, the host can mark who arrived, mark training completion, add changed visitors, add comments, and confirm the final group state. Confirmation can trigger certificate sending for group members who completed the training.
Group Visit Fields And Actions
The group visit table shows Name, Email, Arrived, and Training. Host actions can include Add another visitor, Comment, and Confirm.
The add visitor form uses First name, Last name, and Email. Confirmation is permanent and sends training certificates to group members marked as having completed the training.
