Visitor QR validation is off by default and is used only when it has been enabled for the visitor instance.

QR Codes
Visitor certificates can include QR codes or code-based validation. The code can be checked against the visitor, training, location, and validity period.
Scan Results
Validation can indicate whether the code is valid and whether it is valid for the selected location. Scan details are available to authorized visitor administrators.
The validation result can show The certificate is valid, The certificate is not valid, The certificate is valid for a different location, Location, Name, Valid until, Certificate created, and Training name.
Code Validation
When the QR code cannot be read, the visitor validation page can use Code validation with the Code field.
