Training and Certificates

Visitor training connects a registered visitor to the safety training required for the selected location and visitor type.

Training​

Visitors can receive access to visitor safety training through a token link or registration flow. The assigned training can depend on location and visitor type.

Training can open in the visitor player. The player can ask the visitor to select an available language and records the completion used for certificate validity.

Certificates​

After training completion, the visitor can receive a certificate. Certificate validity can be checked later by hosts, administrators, or scanning staff.

Certificate-related actions can include Open training, Download certificate, and re-taking the training to extend validity.

Materials​

The visitor flow can include general training materials and location-specific materials. These can support instructions, site rules, or other documents relevant to the visit.

The Visitor Safety Materials page can show General Safety Training, Download your General Safety Training certificate, Re-take the General Safety Training, and location-specific material links with file type and language.

Next Steps​

After completing general safety training, the visitor flow can direct the visitor to location-specific materials when those materials are part of the visit flow.
