Visitor registration collects the information needed to create a visit and connect the visitor to the correct location, host, and training requirements.

Visitor Types

Supported visitor types can include Single visitor, Group of 10 or more visitors, Truck driver, and Service provider. The enabled types depend on the selected location and customer setup.

Location And Host

Registration is location-specific. Some visitor types require a host, host email, visit dates, or visit times. The location can determine which training and materials are required.

Registration Sections

The registration flow starts with Country, Location, and Visitor type selection.

The registration form can include these sections:

• Visitor information or Contact person information – first name, last name, company, email, mobile phone, birthdate, personal ID code, and certificate-expiration reminder.
• Visiting dates or Visiting dates and time – visit date range and arrival time when visit times are enabled.
• Validation – email validation or phone validation with Verification code.
• Host information – host lookup by Email or by Last name and First name.
• Notice to visitor – site notice and I understand and agree confirmation when used by the visitor flow.
• Group members – names and emails for group visit members.
• Name does not match – warning shown when the entered name conflicts with previous records.

Identity And Verification

Registration can collect name, email, company, phone, birthdate, personal code, or other required fields. Some flows can require phone or email verification.

Validation options can include Send me an email with a link to the training, Send me an email with a code, Send me an SMS with a code, and Send SMS for phone verification.

Registration Result

After registration, the visitor can see confirmation information, Open training, and Download certificate when a certificate is already available. If the visitor already has valid training, the flow can register the visit without requiring the training again.

For group visits, the result can confirm that visitor safety induction will be done on site.
