Messaging
Messaging allows sending training invitations to a target group, with follow-up reminders where required.
You can use emails and push notifications to deliver invitations. SMS delivery is available in LMSes where SMS messaging has been enabled.
Messaging is based on workflows. A workflow is essentially a list of predefined steps to be executed on a target group: send a message, wait a while, send another message to the users that still haven't completed the relevant contents, wait some more, send another message, etc.
HR business partner recipients and SMS messaging are optional messaging features. They appear in messaging workflows only when enabled for the LMS.
