The Home page is the administrator dashboard. It gives a high-level snapshot of learner, user, and content activity in the LMS.
Dashboard data depends on your permissions. Administrators may see different numbers depending on their access scope.
In this section
- Dashboard cards – review high-level user and content statistics.
- User activity graph – review activity by day.
- Most popular content – review content with the most views.
- Latest added content – review recently added content.
Dashboard cards
The dashboard cards show current values and recent change.
The cards are:
- Active users – users currently available in your scope.
- User activity – The fallback content to display on prerenderingduring the selected period.
- Contents – The fallback content to display on prerenderingitems available in your scope.
- Contents visited – content items visited during the selected period.
The Active users and User activity cards link to Users. The Contents and Contents visited cards link to Content.
User activity graph
The User activity graph shows activity by day.
The graph usually counts users. In some installations, it can count views instead.
Most popular content
Most popular content shows content with the highest number of views.
The table shows columns such as Content and Views:
- Content – the content item. Open it to view or edit the content.
- Views – how many views the content has.
Latest added content
Latest added content shows recently created content.
The table shows columns such as Content, Date, and Content owner:
- Content – the content item. Open it to view or edit the content.
- Date – when the content was added.
- Content owner – the content owner.
