Your user profile

Your profile page shows your admin-panel account information and the sign-in settings you can manage yourself.

Password settings are shown only when password login is enabled for the admin panel and your account has permission to change its own password.

In this section​

General Information​

The General information section shows your account details.

When password management is not available, the section shows Email, First name, and Last name.

When password management is available, the section includes:

  • Email – your account email address.
  • Change password – the password change fields.
  • Enter current password – your current password.
  • Enter new password – the new password.
  • Confirm new password – confirmation for the new password.

Multi-Factor Authentication​

The Multi-factor authentication section is shown when your account can manage its own multi-factor authentication methods.

Available methods are:

  • One-time passwords – codes from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or FreeOTP.
  • SMS – codes delivered by SMS.
  • Email – codes delivered by email.

Activating or deactivating a method requires your current password. Activating one-time passwords also uses a QR code or authenticator-app link and a verification code. Activating SMS uses Phone number. Activating Email uses the account Email address.

Login​

Administrators and managers can log in to the

Depending on the LMS setup, login can use email and password, Single Sign-on, Datafisher SSO, or login through the learner portal.

Logout​

Logout ends the current admin-panel session and returns the user to the login flow.

Forgot My Password​

When password login is used, the login page can send a new password to the account email address.

The password reset form uses Email and Send new password.
