Reports
Reports show training results for the users and content you are allowed to access.
Report content is always limited by the permissions of the administrator viewing or receiving the report.
For example, if an administrator has access only to Finnish users, reports about the whole company still show only the Finnish users they are allowed to see.

Report types
Use Simple reports when you need a focused report for one content item and a standard target group.
Use Advanced reports when you need more control, such as multiple contents, category-based content selection, organization drill-down, aggregate views, or advanced session and expiration options.
Use Saved reports when you want to return to a predefined report or manage schedules for reports sent by email.
Report downloads
Report downloads that contain user data open the Select fields to include popup before the Excel file is created.
