Your user profile
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, on the top bar to open your user profile.
The profile page contains two sections: General information and Two-Factor Authentication.
General information
Here you can see your email address and change your password. Note that usually logging in with a password is not enabled, because Single Sign-on can be used instead.
Two-factor authentication
In the Two-Factor Authentication section different two-factor authentication methods can be activated or deactivated:
- One-time passwords
- SMS
At least one of the methods should be activated at all times for security.
Two-factor authentication is not required when signing in via Single Sign-on (SSO). Your single sign-on provider should enforce two-factor authentication instead.
One Time Passwords
One Time Passwords are single use codes sent from an app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or FreeOTP, that must be entered after logging in to the system. When activated, enter the current

Login
Users who have been registered as an administrator or manager can log into the

The logout icon is located in the top right corner of the screen, on the top bar, next to the profile icon.

Forgot my password
In case the password login method is used, and you forgot your password, you can order a new one to be sent to your email address.
