Lists are reusable system-managed values used by selected LMS features.

List Overview
The Lists table shows columns such as Name, Description, and Updated.
Opening a list shows its settings and items.
List Details
A list detail page can contain:
- General information – Name, Short description, Description, and Permission labels.
- Items – the values in the list.
- Bulk add items – a form for adding several items at once when supported by the list type.
The Items table includes Label or Value, optional list-specific fields, and Active.
