Transactional emails

Navigate: Menu > System > Transactional emails

Transactional emails are built-in system messages sent automatically by the LMS.

This page is for previewing system emails. If a transactional email needs to be changed, contact support.

In this section​

  • Email list – review available transactional emails.
  • Email preview – preview the selected email in a chosen language.

Email List​

The Transactional emails table shows columns for Name and Description.

Opening an email shows its preview page.

Email Preview​

The preview page shows:

  • Language selector – the language used for the preview.
  • Description – when the email is sent.
  • Plain text version – the text-only email preview.
  • HTML version – the formatted email preview.
