Purging shows the blocking and purging rules used to remove inactive user data after a defined retention period.

Statistics​

The page shows summary cards for Total users, Users covered by rules, Users not covered by rules, and Users to be purged.

Purging And Blocking Rules​

The rules table shows columns for Description, Matching users, and Enabled.

Expanding a rule shows:

  • Target group – the users included in the rule.
  • Blocking rules – conditions that block users.
  • Unblocking rules – conditions that unblock users.
  • Purging rules – conditions that permanently erase user data.
  • Users in the target group – the user list for the selected rule, including blocked and purging-related dates.
