Transactional emails

Navigate: Menu > System > Transactional emails

  • Preview the system emails (see below) - Here you can preview different emails sent by the system. If you have a good reason to modify them, please contact our support.

Preview the system emails​

Under "Transactional emails" tab, there is a list of the different emails send to users by the system. The list is presented in a table with 2 columns: "Name" and "Description". You can search for a specific email template by its name or description, or toggle sorting by clicking on a column's name.

To preview an email, click on its name and you will reach the email template's page. In this page, you can preview the email's plain text version and HTML version.

In the top of the page, under the email's name, there is a small exclamation mark icon with explanation on which cases this email is sent from the system.
