Checklists needing attention are assigned checklists that require follow-up, item approval, or final signoff.
Managers and trainers see the checklists that are relevant to their own responsibilities.

List of checklists needing attention
The needing attention list uses the same standard table structure as Assigned checklists.
The table includes:
- Actions – row actions such as Copy and Assign.
- Name – the assigned checklist name.
- Status – why the checklist requires attention.
- Assigned to – the learner who received the checklist.
- Assigned by – the manager who assigned the checklist.
- Created – when the checklist was assigned.
- Categories – the selected category.
Available table actions can include Archived and Add.
Checklist trainers have limited access. They can review and approve only the items assigned to them.
Manager approval signoff
Managers use this page to find assigned checklists that need follow-up or final signoff.
Manager attention can include:
- Checklists that have not been started by the assignee.
- Checklists where all items are completed and approved where required.
- Checklists where the trainee has signed off and final manager signoff is needed.
Final approval is completed from the assigned checklist Signoff tab.

Checklist trainers use this page to find completed items that require trainer approval.
Trainer approval is completed from the assigned checklist item Approve tab on the Assigned checklist page.
