After creating a checklist, you can add a translation to the checklist for the

In the

The fallback content to display on prerendering
tab in the admin panel, click the Translations tab. in this page there are 2 sections: Download translations and Upload translations.


  • First you need to choose the language you want to add to the checklist in order to make the translation of the items in a checklist and click the Download button.

  • The downloaded file will be in the .po format that can be edited with or by uploading it to Zanata/Weblate.

  • The file contains the checklist title and all the checklist items in the language they were inserted in.

  • You can now add or edit the translation to any checklist in that file.

  • When finished, click Save.


To upload the new translation, go to the admin again. In the same page as before, in Upload translations section. You will see Drag file here or click to select box, you can choose if to drag the translation to the page or click on the box to choose a file from your local computer.

Once ready, click the Upload button.

The file should be translated into the destination language and the checklist in that language will be available for the user’s checklist.
