The Comments page shows comments and ratings left by learners across content and other supported entities.

Use this page for a global feedback review. To review feedback for one content item, open that content and use its Comments tab.

Comments and ratings​

Comments and ratings help administrators review learner feedback and moderate content shown in the user portal.

Columns​

The comments table shows columns such as Entity, Name, Comment, Rating, and Created:

  • Entity – the content or other entity that received the comment or rating.
  • Name – the user who left the comment or rating.
  • Comment – the written feedback.
  • Rating – the learner rating.
  • Created – when the comment or rating was created.

Actions and filters​

Available actions include:

  • Delete – permanently remove the comment.
  • Hide – hide the comment or rating from the user portal.
  • Show – make a hidden comment or rating visible again.
  • Flag – mark a comment for review. The LMS can also flag comments containing links or potential profanity.
  • Unflag – remove the flagged status.

The Comments filter shows only items with written comments. The Flagged filter shows only flagged comments.
