Use this page for a global feedback review. To review feedback for one content item, open that content and use its Comments tab.

Comments and ratings help administrators review learner feedback and moderate content shown in the

Columns​

The comments table shows columns such as Entity, Name, Comment, Rating, and Created:

  • Entity – the content or other entity that received the comment or rating.
  • Name – the

  • Comment – the written feedback.
  • Rating – the learner rating.
  • Created – when the comment or rating was created.

Actions and filters​

Available actions include:

  • Delete – permanently remove the comment.
  • Hide – hide the comment or rating from the user portal.
  • Show – make a hidden comment or rating visible again.
  • Flag – mark a comment for review. The LMS can also flag comments containing links or potential profanity.
  • Unflag – remove the flagged status.

The Comments filter shows only items with written comments. The Flagged filter shows only flagged comments.
