Dashboard

The dashboard shows summary statistics for the content area:

  • Active contents – the number of

  • Contents visited – the number of content items visited by

    during the last 30 days.

Content list

The content list is a standard table showing the content items available to you.

Columns

The table shows columns such as Name, Type, Categories, and Updated:

  • Name – the content name. Open it to edit or review the content.
  • Type – the content type, such as single content, event, learning path, equivalent contents, or Base + Renewal training.
  • Categories – the categories assigned to the content.
  • Updated – when the content was last updated.

Filters and actions

Content-specific filters and actions include:

  • Sources – show only contents with source files, when enabled.
  • Archived – include

    , when enabled.
  • Group – hide
    The fallback content to display on prerendering
    modules by default, so the list focuses on learning paths and standalone content.
  • Download – download the content list as an Excel file.
  • Add shared event – create shared event content from a source LMS URL. This action appears only when shared event client integration is enabled and you have permission to add shared events.
  • Addadd a new content item.
