Base + Renewal training

A Base + Renewal training consists of two contents, the base content, and the renewal content.
The base content is the base training that the user must take first. The renewal content is the training that the user must take when the base training has expired, likely a shorter version of it.
Any user who has a valid completion for either of the specified contents, is granted a completion of the Base + Renewal content.
When expiration time is set on the Base + Renewal training, it sets the maximum time the training can be renewed.
For example, given the following:
- Base training - expires in 5 years
- Renewal training - expires in 2 years
- Base + Renewal training - expires in 10 years
the training flow would be as follows:
- user completes the base training, valid for 5 years (total 5 years);
- after 5 years the user completes the renewal training, valid for 2 years (total 7 years);
- after 2 years the user completes the renewal training again, valid for 2 years (total 9 years);
- after 2 years the user completes the renewal training again, valid for 1 year (total 10 years).
Afterwards, the user needs to start from the base training again.
Base + Renewal training cannot be set as manually completed.
