This changes existing completion sessions. Review the listed completions before applying the update.

In this section

  • Filters – narrow down which completions and users are affected.
  • Completions table – review the current and new expiration values.
  • Update expiration – set, replace, or remove completion expiration dates.

Filters

The page can show two filter areas:

  • Filter completions – filter by Completed before, Completed after, and Expiration status.
  • Filter users – filter by user fields using the assignment/filtering interface.

Expiration status options are Completions with and without expiration, Completions with expiration, and Completions without expiration.

Completions table

The Completions table shows the sessions that match the current filters.

The table shows columns such as User, Status, Completed, Current expiration, New expiration, and Expiration differs.

Update expiration

The Update expiration section contains Select action and Please note.

Available actions are:

  • Set expiration to days from completion – set the expiration date based on each completion date.
  • Set expiration to date – set the same expiration date for the listed completions.
  • Remove expiration date – clear the expiration date from the listed completions.

All sessions listed in the table are updated according to the New expiration column. If the new expiration is in the past, the sessions, and possibly related sessions such as learning paths, expire at the latest tomorrow. This action cannot be reversed.
